An original work of art by Sherril B. Porter. A Depiction of an old granary near Vernal, Utah. This is a dilapidated grain and other produce storage facility appears near to collapse. It was abandoned long ago and still stands. The stonework and construction are very interesting.

This is a studio painting reference from a Plein Aire painting done on site. The warm pale colors indicate the dry hot desert scene.

For a short time I owned a sign shop. My profession is Lab. Tech. at industrial facilities. Now that I am retired, I plan on doing my passion which is Art and in particular, Oil Painting.
