Beautiful work of art! L/F

Artist's Description

An original work of art by Sherril B. Porter. A depiction of a Scene after a recent deep snow of Sugar Knoll, the smaller knoll in front of the mountain range, and the Mount Carmel Formation mountains in the background. This Location is in Long Valley at Mount Carmel, Utah; near Orderville.

This image is from a photo on KSL weather pictures website. It is near the Utah home of Maynard Dixon. The single Knoll formation in front of the mountains is known as “Sugar Knoll”. I have climbed to the top of Sugar knoll. The snow is at least 1 foot. It makes for an interesting scene and much different than the summer scene.
